Every wedding is different, but our goal with Day Of Coordination service is always the same.  Take the stress of the final weeks of wedding planning off your shoulders so you can enjoy the big day.  Some of the highlights include: ​

• Complimentary access to the Wedding Planning Blueprint Course and the Planning Collective Membership

• Details meeting 6-8 weeks before the wedding day. This serves as a final planning session to catch us up on all the plans, and make sure nothing has been missed​

• Timeline creation - in collaboration with the couple and other vendors​

• Onsite Coordination (Day Of):

  • Be onsite for up to 10 hours on the wedding day (additional hours available if needed).

  • Manage the wedding party, ensuring they are where they need to be.

  • Oversee the flow of guests and ensure a seamless event.

  • Confirm vendors' arrival and services

  • Arrange setup of various items such as favors, place cards, and toasting flutes.​

  • Troubleshoot and handle any unexpected issues that arise during the wedding.​
