Day/Month of Coordination

Day of Coordination has definitely become one of the most popular service, though the title is a bit deceiving. We really start to get involved about 6-8 weeks before the wedding day, meeting to go over my worksheets that are designed to help catch us up in all of your plans, and create a checklist of what still needs to be done before the big day!

It’s really a final planning session to make sure all is on track, and there aren’t any details that have been overlooked. After that, we create or modify the timeline, and then distribute that to all the other vendors involved along with the other pertinent details for the day.

Much of our time on your wedding for “Day Of Coordination” is actually spend before the big day, weeding out any potential red flags or issues that may arise.  Some refer to it as “Month Of Coordination”, the titles are really interchangeable for what we offer.

On the actual day, we’re typically onsite for up to 10 hours, however we can definitely add in hours if needed. We help manage the wedding party to ensure they are where they need to be, the flow of guests, and confirm vendors arrival and services. If you have any items that need to be set up (i.e. favors, place cards, toasting flutes…) we will take care of setting them up for you. We are also there to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, so that you are able to enjoy the day with your family and friends.

The Day Of Coordination package starts at $2,600, and also includes an hour or two for your wedding rehearsal. I am also available to help with vendor referrals and other basic planning questions prior to that 8 week mark, so you’re not on your own until then!

If you think this sounds like exactly the type of support you need, please shoot me a message below with your wedding day, and we can set up a time to connect!
